Not sure why I even paid for it this when there’s 0 value in it ——

Simply put, the most delayed and lengthy return/ refund process on planet earth. Proof is in the pictures. I returned an unopened package with tent and all, yet I’m still waiting (4/23/26) on the to processing a simple return for a refund. I won’t be buying from them again based on my experience.

OV needs to improve

Can only give 4 stars because I had to pay for this twice, and once was on an order for my membership which did not need anything shipped.

I’ve debated several times about adding the Navidium Shipping Protection to my orders, but I’ve found the peace of mind is worth the few extra dollars to help protect my investment in the gear I order. It will probably be the one time I choose not to add it that I end up having an issue.

Two weeks is way too long to wait for an item. I don’t believe they had the product in stock. They gave me some excuse that they were busy with other orders. I didn’t feel like they cared about me as a customer. Fast to collect, slow to deliver. Cottage companies are not all the same. Some are amazing. I wanted the amazing experience spending this amount of money usually brings. Lesson learn. Expensive lesson.

It’s nice having peace of mind that if something is lost or miss delivered it will be taken care of.

I never have to worry about the quality of products or the shipping and service from outdoor vitals.

I did not need shipping protection because I live in an area where packages are never stolen. I had to pay for the service because it was not clear how to opt out
